WHAT IS LEAD THE PRIDE?
Lead the Pride is a mastermind group designed to help men and boys fulfill their potential as leaders in various aspects of their lives, including as fathers, brothers, sons, husbands, employees, employers, stewards, church/spiritual leaders, and more. We offer a structured and strategic approach to achieving success in all areas of life.
OUR THREE PILLARS: PROTECT, PROVIDE, PRESIDE
Our program is centered around three pillars: Protect, Provide, and Preside. Protect refers to the responsibility of safeguarding those in our care, including ourselves, our families, and our communities. Provide refers to the responsibility of meeting the needs of those in our care, including financial, emotional, and spiritual support. Preside refers to the responsibility of leading by example, taking responsibility for our actions, and guiding others to do the same.
FOUR KEY AREAS OF FOCUS: FAITH, FITNESS, FAMILY, AND FINANCE
To achieve success in all areas of life, we guide our members to set and achieve goals in four key areas: Faith, Fitness, Family, and Finance. Faith refers to our spiritual and emotional well-being, Fitness refers to our physical health, Family refers to our relationships with loved ones, and Finance refers to our financial well-being.
